• trade mark(s) - review of the trade marks you use in relation to your goods / services to determine which mark or marks should be registered as a priority;

• goods / services - review of your goods / services to see what class(es) should be included in an application for registration to protect your mark(s) in relation to your current and future business and prevent competitors coming to close to your rights; and

• country / countries - setting a strategy for protection in NZ and around the world.

Prices start at $450 + GST for a TM strategy in relation to protection of your trade mark(s) in New Zealand.
