Confidentiality Agreement
Do you want to tell someone about your great idea but keep it secret?
This template can be used as a basis to draft an agreement for others to sign if you want to make sure they don’t tell anyone else about your great ideas. It can also be useful to use with employees / contractors to set out what information they may come across that should be kept confidential. A template doesn’t replace a lawyer of course, but if this all your budget will allow its definitely better than nothing.
